1. We deliver our products within India and to all International locations except within the territory of North Korea;
2. The products are dispatched as per the shipping information mentioned on the PDP (Product Display Page) for the successful placement of the orders;
3. Upon placement of the order, the details of the orders are shared with the customer on the registered e-mail address, as provided;
4. We strive to ship the products within 5 working days; 7 working  days and 10-15 working days as per clause 1.2; for domestic and international orders;
5. We ensure that the product reaches your doorstep at the earliest. However, the product delivery can sometimes get delayed due to some unforeseen circumstances on the logistic provider’s end;

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

1. COD option is not available on domestic orders.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1. We provide free-shipping towards all international orders where the value of the shipment is above approx. USD 240.
2. COD option is not available on international orders.
3. Any additional charge towards import, customs and taxes may be levied by the customs authority once the shipment reaches the port of destination. Such charges will be solely borne by the customer.
