INTRODUCTION

At MANNATT GUPTA, we strive to give our customers the most luxurious e-shopping experience and are here to provide you our support, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

1. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

1. We deliver our products within India and to all International locations except within the territory of North Korea;
2. The products are dispatched as per the shipping information mentioned on the PDP (Product Display Page) for the successful placement of the orders;
3. Upon placement of the order, the details of the orders are shared with the customer on the registered e-mail address, as provided;
4. We strive to ship the products within 5 working days; 7 working  days and 10-15 working days as per clause 1.2; for domestic and international orders;
5. We ensure that the product reaches your doorstep at the earliest. However, the product delivery can sometimes get delayed due to some unforeseen circumstances on the logistic provider’s end;

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

1. COD option is not available on domestic orders.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1. We provide free-shipping towards all international orders where the value of the shipment is above approx. USD 240.
2. COD option is not available on international orders.
3. Any additional charge towards import, customs and taxes may be levied by the customs authority once the shipment reaches the port of destination. Such charges will be solely borne by the customer.

4. RETURNS

1. We have a zero return and refund policy with relevance to products purchased from the website.
2. The products purchased from the website by the customer, can be returned or exchanged in accordance with the terms of this policy:
   
   
1. Products can only be returned or exchanged by the customer if the product(s) sent is wrong or damaged. The refund will be made in the form of a credit note which the customer can use towards any future orders in the period of 6 months.
2. No exchange or return shall be accepted if the products are:
   
   
1. Damaged
2. Not in the actual state in which it was purchased
3. Washed or dry-cleaned
4. Worn or used
5. Custom made or made as per the customers preference
6. Purchased from any sale of promotion
7. Specifically marked non-returnable or non-refundable
8. Without the original invoice, packaging, tags, labels etc.
   
   
3. The return or exchange request shall be made within 72 hours of receiving the product.
4. Any purchase made online cannot be returned in the store.
   
   
3. Request for an exchange or return can be placed through the website or by sending an e-mail to contact@mannattgupta.com.
4. MANNATT GUPTA shall have at its sole discretion and reserved rights, to accept or reject any return or exchange requests after due inspection of the products by its team and shall notify the customer accordingly.
5. The refund shall be generated as mentioned in Clause 4.2. of this policy and for any exchange we shall redirect you to the relevant page to make the selections where you can place a new order.
