SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within India.
For international orders, a base delivery fee of USD 30 applies to orders below USD 300. International orders of USD 300 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
Any additional charges relating to customs duties, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country's authorities shall be borne solely by the customer.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.
The shipping timeline may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the “Ships In” timeline mentioned on the respective product page for product-specific information.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
India: Delivery generally takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.
International: Delivery generally takes 3 –10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, weather conditions, public disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of significant delays affecting your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At MANNATT GUPTA, our pieces are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason other than those specifically stated below.
Returns or exchanges may only be considered in the following circumstances:

The merchandise received is damaged or defective.

The merchandise received is incorrect or different from the item ordered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us at contact@mannattgupta.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs showing the issue and the condition of the packaging, where applicable.
Returns sent without prior authorization from MANNATT GUPTA will not be accepted.
Once the item is received, our team will inspect it. The outcome of the inspection will be communicated within 2–3 business days.
If the return is approved, the eligible amount will be issued as store credit valid for 6 months, redeemable exclusively on www.mannattgupta.com.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product:

Has been damaged, washed, worn, altered, or used after delivery.

Has been purchased during a sale or promotional offer.

Is missing the original invoice, packaging, tags, or labels.

Shows signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or improper handling.
Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at a physical store or offline location.
MANNATT GUPTA reserves the right to approve or reject a return or exchange request following inspection of the merchandise.
HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS
Each MANNATT GUPTA piece is handcrafted, and subtle variations in texture, finish, embroidery, drape, or detailing may occur as part of the craftsmanship process. Such variations are inherent to handcrafted products and should not be considered defects.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
MANNATT GUPTA is not responsible for delays arising from customs clearance or for charges imposed by the destination country's authorities.
