Each piece may involve intricate techniques such as sculptural draping, hand pleating, fabric cording and meticulous embroidery, with every detail carefully executed by hand by skilled artisans in India.

As each Couture piece is made to your measurements, the process requires considerable time and attention to detail. For example, the Celestial Embroidered Gown in Blue requires over 1,300 hours of craftsmanship, while the Metal Embroidered Gown with Detachable Cape in Gold takes approximately 680 hours, and the Swirl High-Slit Midi Dress in Orange takes approximately 380 hours to create.

The individual Ships In timeline is clearly mentioned on each Couture product page and may vary depending on the intricacy of the piece. If you are ordering for a specific occasion or date, we recommend contacting our team before placing your order so we can advise you on the timeline.

Detachable elements are a distinctive part of the MANNATT GUPTA design language. Selected silhouettes feature interchangeable details such as sleeves, capes, veils, drapes and trails, allowing a single piece to be styled and worn in multiple ways.

Where applicable, detachable components may be purchased separately or selected as part of a complete look. Available options will be clearly indicated on the product page—for example, Gown, Veil or Gown + Veil; Bodysuit, Cape or Bodysuit + Cape; or Bustier, Skirt or the complete set.

Each product page provides detailed information to help you understand the piece before placing your order, including:

• Specifications: Details such as the neckline, boning, panelling, closures and other construction elements.
• Model & Fit: The size worn by the model is specified, allowing you to understand the fit and compare it with our size chart.
• Composition & Care: Information about the fabrics and materials used, along with recommended care instructions to preserve the piece.
• Ships In: The estimated time required for the piece to be completed and dispatched from our studio.

Yes. Across our collections, you will find a curated selection of pieces designed for bridal celebrations and special occasions, from statement gowns and dresses to veils, gloves and other considered finishing pieces.

Select styles also offer customisation, including made-to-measure options. Pieces marked Made to Measure can be tailored to your measurements, and may offer further customisation to suit your preferences.

For select gowns, complementary pieces such as veils and gloves may also be available to complete the look.

Standard sizes run XS to XL. Match your bust, waist, and hip measurements to the chart (in inches):

1. On the product page, choose Made to Measure as your size and check out as usual.

2. Your order is classified as made-to-measure. Once the order is placed, our team will contact you via email or WhatsApp and share a PDF measurement form, along with a detailed video guide demonstrating how to take each measurement accurately.

Your piece is then made to your measurements instead of a standard size.

Made-to-Measure is offered at no additional cost when the piece is created according to your measurements without any alterations to the original design.

Additional charges may apply if you request specific customisations or modifications to the piece, such as a change in colour, additional embroidery or handwork, extra fabric or length, or other design alterations.

If you have a specific request, our team will be happy to review it with you and confirm any additional costs before your order is placed.

Our standard size range is XS to XL. For clients requiring a size beyond XL, Made-to-Measure is available on select pieces, allowing the garment to be created according to your individual measurements.

If a piece is offered only in our standard sizing, please contact our team via WhatsApp with the product name and your measurements. Our team will be happy to advise on the available options and whether the piece can be accommodated.

As our pieces are made to order and created specifically for each client, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to fit or sizing.

The only exceptions are in the event that a piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please refer to “My piece arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?” for further assistance.

Yes. MANNATT GUPTA offers a bespoke design experience for clients looking to create a piece that is entirely their own. You can book a one-to-one consultation with our design team, either in person at our studio or through a video consultation.

During the consultation, our design team will work closely with you to understand your vision, preferences and occasion, and develop the piece accordingly. You are welcome to share visual references, preferred fabrics, colours, silhouettes or other details that inspire you.

We also recommend sharing the date by which you require the piece, allowing our team to advise you on the feasibility and timeline for your bespoke creation.

Only one promotional code may be applied per order. Promotional codes are valid on full-priced pieces only and cannot be applied to sale or discounted items.

All orders must be placed through the MANNATT GUPTA website. We are unable to process orders directly over the phone or WhatsApp.

The total delivery timeline consists of two stages:

1. Production Timeline (Ships In):
Each product page displays an estimated Ships In timeline, which indicates the time required for your piece to be created, finished, and dispatched from our studio. As many of our pieces are made to order or made to measure, production timelines may vary depending on the craftsmanship and intricacy involved.

2. Shipping & Transit Time:
Once dispatched, delivery timelines are approximately:

• Within India: 2–3 business days
• International Orders: 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.

Please note that delays caused by weather conditions, customs procedures, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Our team will, however, keep you informed throughout the process.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not see the email in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or promotions folder.

When your order is dispatched from our studio, you will receive a second email containing your shipping and tracking details, allowing you to follow your shipment.

• Within India: Complimentary shipping.
• International Orders: A flat shipping fee of USD 30 applies to orders below USD 300. International shipping is complimentary on orders above USD 300.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Kindly provide a valid residential or business address at the time of checkout.

For international orders, the product price and applicable delivery charges are reflected at checkout. However, import duties, customs charges, and local taxes, where applicable, are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are borne by the customer.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be payable when the shipment arrives in the destination country.

Please note that customs clearance may also affect international delivery timelines, which are generally estimated at 3–10 business days after dispatch.

As each MANNATT GUPTA piece is created specifically for your order, we follow a strict no-cancellation policy once production has commenced.

As an exception, cancellation requests may be considered if submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us at contact@mannattgupta.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

If your cancellation request is approved, the amount will be issued as a MANNATT GUPTA gift card, valid for future purchases on our website. Cancellation requests received after the 24-hour window cannot be accommodated.

All MANNATT GUPTA pieces are created with careful attention to each order, and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where a piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Pieces purchased during a sale, as well as custom-made or bespoke pieces, are final sale and are subject to the same exception for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Where a return or exchange is approved, the piece must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with the original invoice, packaging, tags and labels intact.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our team promptly:

1. Notify us within 48 hours
Email us at contact@mannattgupta.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Please do not return the piece until our team has provided written authorisation.

2. Await confirmation
Our team will review the request and, where a return or exchange is approved, provide you with the necessary return instructions and mailing details.

3. Send the piece securely
Please use a reliable, trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL, DTDC or Blue Dart. MANNATT GUPTA cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Inspection & resolution
Once the piece reaches our studio, it will undergo an inspection. Our team will review the item and confirm the outcome within 2–3 business days. For an approved exchange, the replacement piece will be dispatched once the original has been received and inspected. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

Approved cancellations and returns are issued as store credit in the form of a MANNATT GUPTA gift card rather than a monetary refund.

The gift card is valid for six months from the date of issue and may be redeemed towards any eligible purchase on mannattgupta.com.

Each MANNATT GUPTA piece is crafted with carefully selected fabrics and intricate techniques, and requires considered care to preserve its finish, structure and detailing.

We recommend professional dry cleaning for all pieces and advise against washing them at home.
