Cancelation Policy

Since all our pieces are made-to-order, we follow a strict no-cancelation policy. In case of any unforeseen circumstances that the order needs to be canceled, we would request you to drop us an email at contact@mannattgupta.com with your order number and the reason for cancelation. If your cancelation does get approved, then the amount for the same will be credited back to you in the form of a gift card which can be used towards any future purchases made through our website. Please note: if you plan to cancel your order, we request you to notify us within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancelations made post 24 hours will be deemed ineligible.
