Cancelation Policy

Each MANNATT GUPTA creation is thoughtfully handcrafted in India by skilled artisans, with hours of meticulous craftsmanship dedicated to every piece. As our creations are made with intention and care, we follow a strict no-cancellation policy and encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order by writing to contact@mannattgupta.com. Please include your order number, as provided in your confirmation email, along with the reason for your request.

All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by our team. If your request is approved, the full eligible amount will be issued as a MANNATT GUPTA gift card, valid for six months from the date of issue, and redeemable on mannattgupta.com. Approved cancellations will not be refunded to the original payment method.

Please note that cancellation requests received after 24 hours of purchase will not be eligible for consideration.
